The Business of KM

Dr Chris Manning has been a contributing author and panel member of the CPA109 Knowledge Management segment, which is part of the CPA accreditation course for the past four years. Chris provides consulting to business in the area of strategy and performance improvement – with special emphasis on a “whole-of-system” approach to business decision making through knowledge and information management principles. Chris’ previous occupation was as member of the University of Queensland MBA Faculty, where he taught in the areas of IT strategy, governance, and leadership and knowledge and information management.
